Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms of service govern the use of Pi Kiosk software (hereinafter "Software"), developed and marketed by Coding with Ollie (hereinafter "Provider"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

2. License

With purchase, you acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software:

  • Basic license: use on 1 device
  • School license: use on up to 5 devices
  • Pro license: use on unlimited devices

The license is bound to hardware (Raspberry Pi) and is not transferable to another device without Provider's approval.

3. Usage Restrictions

It is prohibited to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
  • Reverse engineer or decompile
  • Remove or modify copyright notices
  • Sublicense or sell the Software to third parties
  • Use for illegal purposes

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is one-time - no monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes do not affect completed purchases.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After this period, refunds are not possible, except in case of proven Software defects.

6. Support

Support depends on license type:

  • Basic: email support
  • School: priority email support
  • Pro: 1 year priority support

Support includes help with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. It does not include code customization or third-party system integration.

7. Updates

Minor updates (bug fixes, security patches) are free for all users. Major updates (new features) may be paid. You will be notified in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

9. Copyright

The Software and all related documentation are owned by the Provider. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of the Provider.

10. Termination

The Provider may terminate your license in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The courts of Ljubljana have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
